I am located in Waldorf, Maryland.  I cover the tri-county area, and will extend my coverage if needed.  I work with the title company and/or the lender to get your clients loan documents signed.  I have completed over 1500+ loan signings, doing loans for companies such as Chase, CountryWide, Suntrust, Bank of America, Washington Mutual, Navy Federal Credit Union, Pentagon Federal Credit Union, IndyMac Bank, Naval Research Federal Credit Union, and many, many others.  I am familar with reverse financing and purchase loans. 

I am a member of the MARYLAND LAND TITLE ASSOCIIATION (MLTA)  and 50 State Notaries.

I have earned the title of ASSOCIATE MASTER CLOSING SPECIALIST  from www.justpointandsign.net.  I have also been certified by www.123notary.com.

I have my Maryland Title Producers License and am Bonded and Insured.

AS AN ADDITIONAL SECURITY MEASURE FOR BOTH YOU MY SIGNING CLIENT AND ALSO THE TITLE/LOAN COMPANIES, I HAVE CURRENTLY UNDERGONE AN FBI BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION IN ADDITION TO THE MARYLAND BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION.  I FEEL STRONGLY ABOUT PROTECTING THE PRIVACY OF EACH OF MY CLIENTS AND WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT MY CHARACTER IS OF THE HIGHEST STANDARD POSSIBLE.

Can not get the documents out in time? I have the resources to accept e-docs when necessary.  I furnish all clients with a folder containing copies of all the documents they will be signing for their records, I never simply leave "papers" for any signings.  I go the "extra distance" to make sure that my notary closings are comfortable, and I hope, enjoyable, for the borrower.
